Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain access models and RBAC using SailPoint.
• Define and manage user roles, access profiles, and entitlements.
• Collaborate with business lines to review access needs.
• Maintain SailPoint Request Center and approval workflows.
• Execute certification campaigns per IAM policies.
• Assist with control self-testing when applicable.
• Monitor user access for SOD risks and toxic relationships.
• Provide support for SailPoint issues to IAM specialists.
• Configure SailPoint for end-user usability.
• QA deployments of SailPoint integrations developed by Build team.
• Maintain awareness of compliance requirements.
• Deliver high-level service within Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
