Job summary

Socket.dev in Newark, OH seeks an IAM professional to design and manage SailPoint-based access controls. You will define roles, entitlements, and review access needs with business lines, ensuring compliance with IAM policies and SOD concerns. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years with SailPoint IdentityNow, cybersecurity experience, and a preferred SailPoint Essentials certification. A strong focus on risk and controls is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, Cybersecurity, or Risk & Controls.
• SailPoint Essentials certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain access models and RBAC using SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Define and manage user roles, entitlements, and access profiles.
• Collaborate with business lines to review access needs and maintain request center.
• Execute certification campaigns in line with IAM policies.
• Provide support for SailPoint related issues and QA for new integrations.
• Monitor for SOD concerns and assist in risk mitigation.
