Job summary

ITR Group is seeking an experienced I/O Project Manager for a hybrid on-site role in the East of St. Paul Metro. You will lead complex infrastructure initiatives, coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate will drive planning, monitoring, and reporting, balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while aligning projects with organizational goals and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading I/O projects or infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong coordination of cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned I/O projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align workstreams.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and objectives.
• Monitor scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and progress.
• Identify roadblocks and develop proactive solutions to keep projects moving.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide clear reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Track action items, decisions, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Ensure projects align with organizational goals and outcomes.
• Support process improvements and identify efficiency opportunities.
