Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an experienced HW Systems Architect to lead server configuration, BOM management, and lifecycle governance across cross-functional teams in a hybrid role. You will drive ISV-aligned server solutions, support NPI, and contribute to platform roadmaps while ensuring configurations are valid, orderable, and supportable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience in server hardware, platform engineering, configuration management, product lifecycle management, or related role.
Experience developing and managing hardware configurations and BOMs for enterprise products.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and sustain server configurations and BOMs that optimize performance with ISV partner solutions.
Review and approve BOM and configuration details for test plans, validation activities, and releases.
Track server platforms, options, and lifecycles; identify roadmap changes and risks.
Support configuration menus, option structures, and business rules within ordering tools.
Provide technical guidance for field sales inquiries and large-deal configurations.
Assist with root-cause investigations for escalations and issues.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Support teams to ensure lifecycle readiness.
