Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) seeks an Electrical Engineer to design, analyze and develop hardware components and algorithms for electrical/electronic systems. You will work with internal and outsourced partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions while adhering to established test plans and specifications.

The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence about 2 days per week in Texas, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative, inclusive environment that values diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience or understanding of electrical design tools and software packages.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Understanding of design for electronic components, integrated circuitry, and algorithms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Designs portions of engineering solutions for electrical parts, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and algorithms per specifications.
• Implements test plans for existing designs, validating tolerances, form/fit/function, EMI, safety, reliability, and thermal performance.
• Develops understanding of internal and outsourced partners on hardware design and development.
• Collaborates with project teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions for low to moderately complex products.
• Must be local and in the office 5 days a week.
