Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager to plan, execute, and manage commissioning across utility-scale solar, battery storage, SCADA, and high voltage substation projects nationwide. This hybrid role requires onsite job-site presence with partial remote work and close collaboration with owner project managers, engineers, and quality teams.

You will develop commissioning plans, lead readiness reviews, and coordinate with OEMs, utilities, and construction teams to ensure projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commissioning, startup, testing, or project delivery for utility-scale electrical facilities.
• Ability to read IFC drawings, electrical diagrams, and interconnection requirements.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects and leading field teams.

Responsibilities

• Own HV or BESS commissioning scope across 2-3 concurrent projects with deliverables and milestones.
• Develop commissioning execution plans, readiness criteria, and schedules.
• Coordinate with owners, utilities, and engineering teams and manage witness requirements.
• Lead readiness reviews and ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance before energization.
