Job summary

SOLV Energy, a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, seeks a Commissioning Project Manager - HV/BESS to own the commissioning scope for 2-3 projects. The role spans planning, readiness, energization, testing, and turnover with strong leadership of field teams at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commissioning, startup, testing, construction, operations, or project delivery for utility-scale electrical facilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects or complex workstreams and leading cross-functional field teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the HV or BESS commissioning scope across typically 2-3 concurrent projects, including deliverables, milestones, schedule, resources, risks, constraints, documentation, and turnover.
• Develop and maintain a commissioning execution plan, milestone and deliverables register, responsibility assignments, readiness criteria, and integrated schedule activities.
• Translate contract requirements, interconnection requirements, and OEM standards into executable commissioning scope and work plan.
• Lead readiness reviews and verify prerequisites before testing or energization proceeds.
• Manage pre-commissioning, cold, warm, and hot commissioning activities and test forms.
