Job summary

LMI is seeking a Human Capital Strategy Lead to serve as the day-to-day Task Lead for a Navy-focused workforce initiative. You will organize the team’s work, coordinate with Navy, prime contractor, and LMI stakeholders, and ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on time.

This role combines hands-on consulting with deputy program management responsibilities, leading two core employee development programs and supporting workforce retention, recruitment, and organizational effectiveness

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance
• Experience in a client-facing consulting environment
• Demonstrated ownership of a workstream or small project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis
• Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and organize day-to-day execution of a small project team; set priorities and drive follow-through
• Serve as client-facing Task Lead and coordinate with Navy, prime contractor, and LMI stakeholders
• Support the Program Manager as deputy; translate priorities into actionable work plans; track milestones
• Own the quality and timeliness of client deliverables; review materials for accuracy and clarity
• Develop and present client deliverables, analyses, and recommendations; synthesize data and stakeholder input
• Lead planning, execution, and sustainment of two core employee development programs; manage surveys and materials
• Establish repeatable operating processes, trackers, and annual update cycles
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align scope, deliverables, timelines, and risks
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reporting
• Contribute to other human capital and management consulting initiatives
