Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance
• Experience in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment
• Ownership of a workstream or small project across teams
• Strong written and verbal communication, client deliverables
• High attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Exposure to data visualization/workflow tools such as Power BI/Power Automate

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of a small project team with clear priorities
• Serve as client-facing Task Lead coordinating Navy and contractor stakeholders
• Support deputy PM duties: plan work, track milestones, manage risks
• Ensure timely, high-quality client deliverables and executive-ready products
• Develop, present analyses and actionable recommendations for leadership
• Lead two core employee development programs: surveys, analyses, materials
• Document repeatable processes, trackers, and schedules for delivery discipline
• Coordinate scope, timelines, and risks across teams and stakeholders
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reporting for clients and management
• Contribute to workforce retention, recruitment, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
