Job summary

Harris Health in Houston seeks an HRIS Analyst III to ensure that the operational interests of all Human Resources areas are represented in the day-to-day HRIS operations, and to partner with IT on project frameworks, reporting standards, and best practices.

The role requires advanced understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to guide a team through medium to large projects, delivering timely insights for healthcare leadership.

Qualifications

• Education/Degrees/Work Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years’ HRIS experience of which 3 years in Healthcare is preferred or High School.
• OR: High School diploma / GED and 9 years’ HRIS experience of which 3 years in Healthcare is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Above average Verbal Communication, Exceptional Verbal, Writing/Correspondence, Writing/Reports.

• Analytical (Able to analyze issues across the functional modules).
• Partner with IT on project frameworks, reporting standards, techniques, tools, and best practices.
• Lead a team through medium to large HRIS projects.
