Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years HRIS experience; healthcare preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED with 7 years HRIS experience; healthcare preferred.

Job Summary

The HRIS Analyst II ensures that the operational interests of all Human Resources areas are being fully represented in the day-to-day operations of the HRIS Department. This role demonstrates and applies an understanding of project frameworks, lifecycles, and project management concepts, techniques, tools, and best practices. Supports all applications deployed within the Harris Health System. Handles more complex administrative tasks related to the assigned projects and ensure they are completed on time, accurate, and handle more complex project queries.

Education / Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' experience HRIS of which 1 year in Healthcare is preferred
• High School Diploma / GED and 7 years' experience HRIS of which 1 year in Healthcare is preferred

Communication Skills: Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking), Writing/ Correspondence, Writing/ Reports

Proficiencies: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Project
