Your Role

HR Business Partners are highly business-focused and solutions-oriented change agents. They advise and coach leaders on people's strategy to drive strong business performance and employee engagement. HR Business Partners help strengthen organizational performance by developing leaders who cultivate, inspire, and engage high-performing teams while ensuring outcomes align with the organization's values and leadership behaviors. They also help translate organizational strategies into meaningful practices, programs, and tools that create an employee experience employees can take pride in and advocate for.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Requires 10 years of prior relevant experience in a strategic Human Resources function role with a minimum of 7 years driving strategic initiatives
• Requires mastery level knowledge of Human Resources
• Requires demonstrated ability to leverage data to develop insights presented to HR and business clients.
• Requires exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to build trusting professional networks
• Requires strong evidence of Project Management Skills
• Requires evidence of strong communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to clearly articulate issues to differing audiences, tailoring messaging as appropriate

Hybrid

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.

Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
