Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong employee relations and manager coaching expertise.
• Recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Ability to work independently and influence without direct authority.
