Job summary

Training will emphasize a 2–3 day in-person presence for the first six weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or related field.
• Two or more years of professional recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Guide recruitment and onboarding processes from posting to onboarding transition.
• Coordinate advertising, outreach, and search activities with HR partners and committees.
• Review postings for compliance, advise on classification and title assignment.
• Generate and send offer letters and manage background checks and documentation.
• Answer questions about application process and status; monitor recruitment timelines.
• Support onboarding team to ensure a positive new hire experience.
