Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a Human Resources Manager based at our Bronx, New York facility. The role partners with leaders to deliver comprehensive HR support across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, onboarding, engagement, training, compliance, and HR operations.

You will champion an inclusive, high-performance culture, lead full-cycle recruitment, manage labor relations with union involvement where applicable, and ensure GMP compliance in manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or related field required.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or unionized environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations and investigations.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and operational positions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
