Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a Human Resources Manager based at our Bronx, New York facility. You will serve as a trusted partner to employees and leaders, overseeing employee relations, performance management, onboarding, engagement, training, compliance, and HR operations.

Target salary is $115,000 annually. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and development in a manufacturing and corporate environment, with a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders and employees on complex employee relations and investigations.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for professional, technical, and operational roles.
• Partner with leaders to address workforce planning, engagement, and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
• Support labor relations activities and collective bargaining where applicable.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and metrics.
