Lenze Americas in Uxbridge, MA is seeking an HR Generalist to join our HR team. We are open to both part-time and full-time candidates, with a hybrid schedule including in-office and remote days.

The HR Generalist will handle full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits and leave administration, compliance, and HR communications. You will partner with leaders on employee relations, performance, and initiatives aligned to business objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience including full-cycle recruiting, ER, HR ops, and HR admin.
• Proven track record in recruiting for professional, technical, and management roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and talent-evaluation skills.
• Experience partnering with managers on performance management and employee development.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding for diverse roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and candidate profiles.
• Lead onboarding plans to accelerate productivity and retention.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and process changes for employees.
• Provide guidance on policies, benefits, and employment matters.
• Support employee relations and HR projects that drive organizational growth.
• Collaborate with HR and global teams to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
