Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR generalist, HR coordinator, or HR operations experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel; strong Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• HRIS experience: Paylocity preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous document management with data integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and shifting deadlines.
• Solid understanding of onboarding/offboarding, benefits, FMLA, ADA, recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (or equivalent HR experience).

Responsibilities

• Employee Service Delivery: Respond to employee requests and process related paperwork across HR.
• Data & Reporting: Pull, analyze, and organize HR data; create dashboards on headcount, turnover, hiring velocity, and compliance.
• Document Management: Maintain employee files and ensure onboarding/offboarding documentation is up to date.
• HRIS Administration: Manage Paylocity functions and act as internal Paylocity expert.
• HR Communications: Draft and design employee-facing communications and onboarding materials.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Stay current on employment law changes and audit processes.
