Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in human resources or equivalent education/degree.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Submit pre-employment screening orders and track background checks.
• Review background packages for client requirements and completeness.
• Ensure all client paperwork is sent, signed, filed, and compliant.
• Coordinate with Travel to arrange Amex cards and travel preferences.
• Coordinate with IT and AEs to order equipment and safety badges.
• Process terminations and manage consultant care during onboarding.
• Maintain communication with consultants and perform quarterly data checks.
• Generate end date reports and update projected end dates as needed.
• Provide HR policy guidance and assist with benefits enrollment and leave programs.
• Direct inquiries to appropriate HR contacts and ensure fair, non-discriminatory processes.
• Oversee facilities and office supply orders, and assist with team events.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and update safety programs.
