Job summary

Stanford University’s Department of Medicine is seeking a full-time Human Resources Administrator (HRA) to join the HR Transactions team in a hybrid work arrangement with regular travel to the Palo Alto office. You will support recruitment, time and leave administration, onboarding and exit processes, and HR data entry for 1,900+ employees across divisions.

The ideal candidate has an Associate Degree with 2+ years of HR experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle

Qualifications

• Associate Degree and 2 years of relevant human resources experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail; proficiency with business applications and MS Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with sound judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Compensation and benefits processing and guidance to managers as needed.
• Disability and Leaves; explain procedures and coordinate with specialists.
• HRIS/People Analytics data entry and reporting for compliance and audit.
• Performance management communications and inquiries.
• Talent acquisition support including postings, screening, onboarding and exit processes.
• Handle high-volume HR transactions per SOPs and university guidelines.
• Advise on documentation requirements to meet university and legal standards.
• Maintain HR files and assist team leads with workload management.
