Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy, engineering operations, financial planning, portfolio management, or related leadership roles.
• Ability to advise senior executives and influence engineering leaders.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain workforce and capacity forecasting with multiyear models.
• Lead CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, long-range plans, and investment scenarios.
• Define sustaining and support economics with funding models and lifecycle planning.
• Provide strategic analysis to align resources with HPC & AI roadmap.
