Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic thought partner to the VP and leadership team on organizational, workforce, financial, and investment decisions.
• Develop analyses connecting headcount, spending, engineering capacity, roadmap commitments, sustaining obligations, and business priorities.
• Identify trends and emerging risks before they materially affect execution.
• Frame complex decisions by clearly articulating alternatives, tradeoffs, risks, and recommended actions.
• Develop concise executive-level materials for strategic planning, business reviews, portfolio reviews, and investment decisions.
