Job summary

Mind & Mobility is hiring a Recruiter in Palm Harbor, FL for hybrid full-time work to grow our private duty home health team by sourcing, attracting, and hiring CNAs, HHAs, caregivers, and nurses. You will manage the recruitment cycle, build relationships with candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met across locations.

Healthcare recruiting experience and strong communication are valued, with a path toward impactful in-home care.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in home care or healthcare
• Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates
• Skilled in crafting offers and communicating with candidates
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and locations
• Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and social recruiting tools
• Detail-oriented and well-organized

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment cycle for CNAs, HHAs, caregivers, and nurses from sourcing to offers
• Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Post openings on job boards, social media, and community outlets
• Participate in job fairs and outreach events to attract candidates
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS
• Stay informed on healthcare staffing trends and best practices
• Coordinate with onboarding to ensure smooth transition to orientation
