Old Colony YMCA is expanding its Provider Services to support older adults and individuals with disabilities. The role of Provider Services Program Assistant focuses on administrative support, data accuracy, and assisting with calls and projects.

The position offers a 35-hour work week with a hybrid work environment (home, office, and home visits), and benefits including paid time off and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Respect privacy and confidentiality in interactions.
• Ability to handle statistical and financial data accurately.
• Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Provider Services department.
• Monitor provider data and correct errors timely.
• Review, analyze, and correct data in electronic records or spreadsheets.
• Assist with consumer/provider calls as needed.
• Support Quality and Contracts Manager on projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
