Job summary

Allied HOA in Mansfield, TX is seeking an experienced HOA Manager to oversee portfolio management and administration for a homeowners association. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and customer service skills to support Board/owners and vendors.

The position emphasizes compliance with governing documents, budget coordination, and coordination with accounting on bills and reserve studies. Two years of HOA experience and CMCA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related HOA experience required.
• HOA management CMCA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HOA governing documents, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with Board, members, and vendors.
• Collaborate with Board to determine community priorities.
• Maintain positive public relations with Directors, homeowners, vendors and staff.
• Respond to emails, letters, and log calls from Board, committees and homeowners.
• Send notices of meetings, updates, and violations.
• Update Board on industry developments and reserve studies.
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting to the Board.
