HOALiving is seeking a Community Manager to own day-to-day success of the communities in your portfolio. You will support boards, homeowners, and vendors, keeping operations smooth and residents satisfied.

Ideal candidates bring HOA or related experience and strong communication skills, with CMCA/AMS/PCAM interest. The role offers a hybrid schedule, retirement plan, and benefits to support long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in HOA or community association management.
• Experience in hospitality, education, retail, or real estate with client-facing roles.
• Willingness to pursue industry certifications (CMCA/AMS/PCAM).
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–2 board meetings per week (evenings).
• Collaborate with AP, AR, customer service, collections, maintenance, and architectural review teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor communities and oversee maintenance.
• Provide boards/homeowners with timely, professional communications.
• Interpret covenants and advise boards confidently.
• Draft resolutions and written community policies.
