Job summary

AprilAire is seeking a high-volume Recruiter to attract and hire top talent for seasonal and full-time production roles across our Madison, Poynette, and Westport facilities. This hybrid role combines hands-on sourcing with relationship-building with hiring managers.

You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, and help shape recruiting practices across manufacturing and distribution centers while maintaining an engaging employer brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in recruiting, ideally in high-volume or manufacturing
• Relevant Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work in a hybrid role with weekly onsite presence at Poynette, Madison, and Westport facilities

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates using databases, social media, referrals, job fairs and other resources
• Screen resumes and applications and conduct interviews
• Coordinate offers and onboarding with HR and hiring managers
• Maintain applicant tracking and provide recruiting reports
• Collaborate to align recruiting practices across centers
• Support branding and marketing with compelling job postings
