Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Utah Teaching License appropriate to assignment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
• Proficiency with educational technology and virtual learning platforms.
• Experience in alternative education, online learning, or blended learning environments.
• Experience working with at-risk youth.

Responsibilities

• Grade student work and provide feedback.
• Monitor student progress and intervene when needed.
• Communicate with families regularly about student progress.
• Provide instruction in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Collaborate with Student Success Coaches and campus staff.
• Maintain office hours and be available to support students and families.
• Document parent communications and instructional support activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to support campus goals.
