Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of company supported applications.
• 0-2 years of experience with desktop and mobile hardware/software.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Provide computer orientation to new company staff.
• Document resolutions for future reference.
