Job summary

Dayton Parts Driven By Dorman, based in Colmar, PA, is seeking a Product Manager to lead heavy-duty product lines from concept to lifecycle. The role drives growth by shaping pricing, messaging, and strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams in a hybrid setting at our Philadelphia area HQ.

You will guide long-term roadmaps, collaborate with sales and sourcing, and manage profitability while representing the product line to customers and at industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Leads cross-functional teams and communicates at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Excel, pivot tables and vlookups.

Responsibilities

• Manage product road map and strategy for heavy-duty lines.
• Lead pricing, market messaging and go-to-market plans.
• Coordinate with sales, sourcing and tech lines for launches.
• Present to customers and attend national tradeshows.
• Forecast new adds and manage product line profitability.
