TeleMed2U in Austin, TX is seeking a Provider Recruiting Specialist to support the growth of our national, multi-specialty telehealth provider network. You will manage full-cycle recruitment of physicians, advanced practice providers across multiple specialties and states, delivering a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, remote environment with a hybrid Austin office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume recruitment for physicians, NPs, PAs, and therapists.
• Draft and post roles across job boards and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to candidates.
• Track candidates in ATS and manage workflows.
• Schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and CMOs.
• Draft and finalize provider contracts and addendums.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across departments.
