Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles is seeking a Manager, Network Engineering to lead the people, platforms, and practices delivering secure, resilient network services across the health system. You will set technical direction for network security, upgrades, and operations, partnering with clinical, business, and technology stakeholders to ensure reliable 24x7 services.

You will coach staff, own the roadmap, drive lifecycle plans, oversee LAN/WAN, data center, wireless, VPN, firewalls, and monitoring.

Competenze

• 7+ years in network engineering, security, or operations.
• 2+ years in management or supervision.
• Experience with enterprise environments of 10,000+ users.
• Hands-on LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN, firewalls, remote access, monitoring.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, develop network staff; set clear priorities and accountability.
• Own the network engineering roadmap, architecture standards, and lifecycle plans.
• Oversee design, implementation, maintenance, and support of LAN/WAN, data center, wireless, VPN, security infrastructure.
• Guide network security reviews; maintain standards and documentation; coordinate remediation with security partners.
• Provide operational oversight for incidents, problem management, change control, capacity planning, and SLAs.
• Plan and deliver network infrastructure projects with stakeholders; communicate risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate disaster recovery and 24x7 service continuity planning and exercises.
• Manage workload and resources; coordinate with vendors and service metrics.
• Promote compliance with policies and privacy requirements.
