Job summary

Health & Hospital Corporation is seeking a Financial Business Partner to compile, analyze, and report financial data across governmental and enterprise funds. You will develop financial models, prepare pro-forma statements, and support annual budgets and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

You will review monthly financials, assist with budgeting software, and engage in special projects to improve processes and drive efficiency. Hybrid on-site/remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field.
• 1–3 years of professional accounting/finance experience; healthcare preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and build financial models.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly governmental and enterprise fund financials and prepare forecasts.
• Support budgeting processes and statutory budget submissions to leadership bodies.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for leadership insights.
