Job summary

The role requires an Associate’s Degree (or five years in related experience) and at least three years in healthcare with call-center exposure, plus leadership experience. Weekly on-site reporting at Sentara Park, Virginia Beach.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (or five years of related experience) required.
• 3 years healthcare experience required.
• 3 years in call center environment preferred.
• 2 years managed care experience preferred.
• Leadership/coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the department as a resource for questions and guidance.
• Monitor performance and drive improvement aligned with service, quality and financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, providers, and internal partners.
• Serve as a role model for communication and teamwork across departments.
