Job summary

Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking a Healthcare Credentialing Specialist to oversee credentialing for clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation. The role supports onboarding and collaborates with HR and clinical leadership, offering two onsite days weekly for a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare credentialing or related administrative roles required.
• Proficiency in credentialing systems like CAQH, MD-Staff, and familiarity with primary source verification processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing credentialing documentation and compliance records.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate initial credentialing and recredentialing processes for clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate credentialing records in systems like CAQH and MD-Staff, ensuring data consistency.
• Monitor credential expirations and track professional license renewals, certifications, and registrations.
• Support primary source verification activities, ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with HR and clinical leadership to address credentialing delays and compliance concerns.
• Assist with onboarding processes by communicating credentialing requirements to new hires and stakeholders.
• Prepare for audits and regulatory reviews by maintaining organized and audit-ready credentialing files.
• Contribute to process improvements by developing efficient workflows and documentation procedures.
