The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a Management Analyst to support Diagnostic Imaging leadership with data mining, BI, and operational analysis. The role emphasizes turning data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making and resource optimization.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in business or related field, 5 years in healthcare analytics, and strong skills in Power BI, SQL, DAX, Tableau, and KPI development, with a preference for SAP Webi experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, healthcare, or related field required.
• 5 years of related experience in data analysis or analytics in healthcare.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI; proficiency with DAX and SQL.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and KPI development.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and maintain user-facing dashboards for Diagnostic Imaging leadership using Power BI.
• Support data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports under the Director of Business Operations.
• Handle routine and ad hoc reporting from institutional and departmental data sources.
• Perform complex data mining across divisional and institutional systems.
