Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required inBusiness, healthcare discipline or related field.
- 5 years of related experience in data analysis, business analytics or project management.
- Experience with healthcare data analysis and BI/dashboard development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain user-facing dashboards for Diagnostic Imaging leadership using Power BI.
- Support data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting solutions.
- Perform complex data mining across divisional and institutional systems.
- Provide analytical support for staffing and scheduling decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
