Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Researcher Health Services in Massachusetts to advance health services research, health economics, and epidemiologic studies for Elevance Health, Carelon, and external clients. The role involves hybrid in-office/remote work with collaborations across teams to deliver high-quality analyses and reports.

The ideal candidate holds an MS/MPH/PharmD with 3+ years in epidemiology or biostatistics and proficiency in SAS, STATA, R, Python or SQL.

Qualifications

• Requires MS, MPH or PharmD in epidemiology or health sciences; minimum 3 years of health services research experience.
• Equivalent background considered with applicable education and experience.
• Health economics or related research experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support research activities including proposal development, study design, analyses, and reporting.
• Analyze administrative claims, EMR, and survey data; review statistical outputs for quality.
• Present key study insights to Elevance Health leadership and clients to inform decision making.
