Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Research Data Manager Lead to develop and manage data collection for medical chart abstraction, survey and clinical research projects in a hybrid in-office setting in Wilmington, DE. You will design questionnaires and CRFs, coordinate data management activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Epidemiology, Sociology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field of study.
• Five (5) years of experience in related occupation(s).
• Alternate Education: Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Epidemiology, Sociology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field of study and Three (3) years of clinical research or health sciences experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage data collection and abstraction processes for medical chart abstraction, survey research, and clinical research studies.
• Coordinate and participate in the development and design of questionnaires and case report forms.
• Manage and coordinate data collection and management activities for assigned research projects.
• Develop SOPs and monitor reviews to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead process for identifying and contracting third-party service providers as needed.
