Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Health and Science Representative for Specialty Care and Internal Medicine to cover Manitoba and Saskatchewan. You will drive sales objectives within the territory by promoting Pfizer products to family physicians, general practitioners, pharmacists and select specialists, in line with brand targeting strategies.

The role requires 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, a bachelor’s degree in business or science, and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or science.
• Strong selling skills with CME organization experience.
• Proficiency with digital and AI tools, especially Microsoft Copilot.
• Knowledge of the territory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with key customers.
• Engage customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Attend congresses and coordinate CME programs.
• Work with internal teams and Pfizer policies.
• Report adverse events as per procedures.
