Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Primary Care Health & Science System Specialist (HSSS) Representative to drive the Primary Care portfolio through compliant, strategic customer engagement in field-based accounts across the United States. You will execute brand strategies, deliver disease-state education, and partner with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve access.

The role requires strong business acumen, disease-state knowledge, and proven account planning skills to achieve sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales/marketing
• Driver's license valid in the US and driving record compliant with company standards
• Experience in a matrix environment and cross-functional collaboration preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement and sales performance through in-person and virtual interactions across primary care accounts.
• Build compliant relationships with healthcare providers and care teams within assigned accounts.
• Deliver approved messaging to support appropriate product use and access.
• Identify opportunities and prioritize accounts to advance care pathways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and remove access barriers.
• Use digital tools to plan and optimize territory activities.
