The role focuses on benefits administration, analysis, and reporting for supplemental health programs with emphasis on prescription drug and dental benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong health benefits background, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to interpret complex benefits information while delivering top-tier member service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required, with 6–8 years of health benefits administration experience (approximately 5 years may be considered).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data validation and complex formulas.
• Strong knowledge of prescription drug and dental benefits; experience with benefits administration databases.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn proprietary systems; strong communication and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary point of contact for members, answering inquiries and guiding on prescription drug and dental coverage.
• Assist with formulary management, copay structures, prior authorizations, and vendor-related processes.
• Process enrollments, changes, and terminations; maintain accurate eligibility and enrollment records.
• Analyze large datasets, prepare reports, and use Excel to identify trends and support decisions.
• Prepare monthly billing reports and support audits, compliance, and financial record accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
