Qualifications

3+ years in Medical Benefit configuration, testing, or claims monitoring.
Experience with major health plans (e.g., Cigna or Aetna) preferred.
Knowledge of self-funded plans, Medicare/government programs and ERISA is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication, plus teamwork with product/dev teams.

Responsibilities

Lead benefit configuration for new plans and changes, including testing and audits.
Collaborate with product and stakeholder teams to ensure client requests are configurable.
Explain testing processes clearly to clients and non-experts in benefits.
Develop policies, training materials, and cross-functional education content.
Maintain QA standards and production SLA targets.
Support client meetings to translate requests into Judi logic for benefits.
