Job summary

Advantage Design Group in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a Team Lead who will write production C#/.NET code about 70% of the time and mentor the team for 30%, guiding delivery as the group grows. You’ll influence code review standards, plan work, and collaborate across the business to solve problems while remaining hands-on.

The role starts onsite with a path to hybrid work, offers $120k–$150k base, and a comprehensive benefits package including retirement, health, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional C#/.NET development experience with hands-on coding
• Experience guiding other engineers through feedback, mentoring, or technical leadership
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, front-end development, and system integrations
• Ability to plan technical work, make sound decisions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering/Computer Engineering/Information Systems or equivalent, or six years of experience in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Write and ship production code in C#/.NET across SQL Server, front-end development, and content platform integrations
• Coach engineers through feedback, development conversations, and code reviews to improve performance
• Help the team estimate work, manage capacity, and deliver on commitments
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to understand priorities and solve problems
• Contribute to engineering standards and shape how the team works as it grows
• Lead a growing team while still contributing code and planning technical work
• Explain technical decisions to engineers and non-engineers, and incorporate feedback
