As part of the Audit Associate role, you will work closely with engagement teams, perform testing, and contribute to improving internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or related field with CPA exam eligibility
• Preferred GPA 3.0 or above
• Relevant internship/work experience and/or professional involvement
• Ability to work effectively in a team with all client levels
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, collaboration and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, initiative and adaptability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team delivering audit and assurance services
• Proactively engage with clients throughout the year to gather information and respond to questions
• Perform substantive testing on client balance sheets and income statements
• Test internal controls and discuss improvement recommendations
• Learn and grow through on-the-job coaching and firm-wide development programs
• Build relationships internally and with clients using entrepreneurial skills
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
