Job summary

Modo Energy is hiring a Growth Associate for our Content Marketing team to help more people discover our research—and to prove it's working. This generalist role partners with the Head of Content Marketing to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement.

You'll own the content calendar, run attribution across HubSpot and Intercom, and scale formats like GEO articles and newsletters, extending reach beyond the US.

Qualifications

• Shipped independent projects, campaigns, newsletters, or live content.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or equivalent) for measurement and attribution.
• Comfortable with data and marketing operations; prefer clean attribution setups.
• Engineering or analytical mindset; automate rather than manual repetition.
• Strong writing ability; clear, direct communication.
• Use of AI as a core part of workflow; build automation and agents to accelerate work.
• Curious, resourceful, with good taste and judgement.

Responsibilities

• Keep the content engine running: own the content calendar and ensure timely delivery.
• Set up and run attribution across tools to quantify content impact.
• Report weekly and iterate based on what’s working.
• Help produce and scale core formats (GEO articles, newsletters, email comms, content videos) and expand beyond the US.
• Segment users, leads, and audiences in HubSpot to target content effectively.
• Coordinate employee visibility: CEO/founder presence, podcasts, and media outreach.
• Build AI and cowork workflows to automate repetitive tasks and speed up processes.
