Job summary

Modo Energy is hiring a Growth Associate for our Content Marketing team to help more people discover Modo Energy's research — and prove it's working. This generalist role reports to the Head of Content Marketing and will help get our power market insights in front of the right audiences.

You will own the content calendar, set up attribution with HubSpot, Fullstory, and Intercom, and report weekly on what moves the needle.

Qualifications

• Shipped independent projects, campaigns, or newsletters from idea to live.
• Has hands-on measurement/attribution experience with HubSpot (or equivalent).
• Comfortable with data and marketing operations; prefers clean attribution.
• Engineering/analytical mindset and automation focus.
• Strong writing; clear and targeted messaging.
• Uses AI to build workflows, automate tasks, and speed up work.
• Curious, resourceful and capable of solving problems without prompts.
• Taste and judgment to spot quality and cut poor content.

Responsibilities

• Keep the content engine running: own the content calendar and ensure timely shipping.
• Set up attribution and measure what content drives visitors, signups, and usage.
• Report weekly on what works and iterate quickly.
• Produce and scale core formats: GEO articles, newsletters, and other emails; extend to new markets.
• Segment audiences in HubSpot so content reaches the right people.
• Support visibility efforts: social, podcasts, earned media, and analyst storytelling.
• Build AI and cowork workflows to automate repetitive parts.
