Job summary

Molex seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead regional growth in Printed Circuit Solutions. The role focuses on expanding Molex footprints through new opportunities, strong client relationships, and innovative PCS solutions aligned with customer needs and Molex capabilities.

The BDM will be a primary contact for key accounts, driving growth, retention, and exceptional client satisfaction, while collaborating across engineering, product, and operations to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/engineering/marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans and close complex deals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in the US Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business development strategies for flexible custom electronic applications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities aligned with PCS capabilities and client goals
• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives, business models, and technical requirements
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, project management, operations, marketing, and support teams
• Provide timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics using CRM tools
• Track key account metrics to inform account plans and growth strategies
• Represent Molex at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings
