Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Senior GRC Analyst to own the Enterprise Compliance and Risk platform. You will lead migration, administer users and integrations, and consolidate tooling to streamline the GRC estate. You will build governance dashboards and risk reporting for executives and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes in-house administration, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement, including potential AI‑assisted workflows and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, risk management, computer science or related field.
• 3–6 years in GRC, risk management, compliance or IT audit.
• 2+ years hands-on administering an enterprise GRC platform (Workiva/Onspring/Archer/ServiceNow).
• Experience with control mapping, workflow configuration and platform integrations.
• Experience supporting a platform migration or module rollout.
• Ability to build reporting and analytics for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise GRC platform migration end-to-end with planning, cutover, and retirement of legacy systems.
• Serve as primary platform administrator: user access, roles, workflows, configurations, and integrations.
• Move administration in-house to reduce external consultant dependence.
• Phase module delivery: audit management, policy & attestation, risk register, findings.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for governance forums and leadership.
• Develop key risk indicator reporting as the enterprise program evolves.
• Collaborate with audit, risk, privacy, policy, and third‑party risk on the platform.
• Support control testing, readiness, and automation opportunities on the platform.
