Insight 2 Design in Overland Park, KS, is seeking a Graphic Designer to bring CORE Equipment products and brands to life. The role focuses on packaging, digital assets, and in-store experiences for outdoor products.

You will collaborate with product managers, marketers, and photographers, managing multiple projects from concept to completion. A strong portfolio and 2–3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Strong proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop; working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to develop creative concepts and execute across multiple formats.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams to solve problems independently.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to manage deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and initiative toward new opportunities.
• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Design product packaging balancing storytelling, benefits, and retail requirements.
• Create assets for e-commerce, email, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop in-store merchandising, displays, and retail collateral.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and marketing on projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready files for print and digital applications.
• Support lifestyle photo shoots with planning and styling.
